Khambati Group of Companies was founded in 1974 by Mr. Saifuddin Khambati and Mr. Mohammed Khambati, beginning as a small but determined steel-focused family venture rooted in honesty, hard work, and service. Over the decades, the Group expanded steadily by understanding market needs, adopting progressive business practices, and building strong, trust-based relationships with partners and customers.
From its early operations in India, the Group’s reputation for reliability and quality enabled it to enter new markets and broaden its areas of expertise. As the business evolved, Dubai emerged as the ideal global center for growth—offering international reach, a dynamic construction landscape, and a supportive business environment. Today, Mr. Huzefa Khambati leads the organization as the CEO of several major companies within the Group, including Mohammed Khambati & Co., a long-standing manufacturer of MS pipes and industrial steel products; M.B. Tubes, an ISO-certified producer of scaffolding and formwork systems; Alpha Iron & Steel, a reliable supplier and distributor of iron and steel materials in central India; Khambati Pipes, a specialist in a wide range of pipe solutions for industrial and commercial use; and Khambati Metal Industries LLC, a leading Dubai-based provider of structural steel, zinc-coated products, and building materials for regional and international markets.
His leadership brings together traditional business wisdom and modern strategic thinking. He emphasizes operational excellence, customer satisfaction, strong quality benchmarks, and expansion—especially in Dubai, where scale, innovation, and global opportunity are driving the Group’s next phase of growth. By combining the legacy of the founders with the demands of today’s markets, Mr. Huzefa Khambati ensures the Group remains forward-focused, competitive, and well-positioned for future opportunities.
